Red Velvet White Chocolate Cake Cookies

Quick n' Easy, but Ooooh so good!!! Here's what you'll need...

1 Red velvet cake mix (1 egg, vegetable oil & water)
1 cup all purpose flour
White chocolate chips

Make the cake as instructed on the back of the box. Add chips & flour. Spoon onto greased cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 14 minutes. And enjoy!!! Mmm-Mmm Good!!!

  1. You can make these with a can of pumpkin mix instead of the egg, oil and extra flour. They have a slight hint of pumpkin to them and they seem a little heavier to me too. Definitely healthier with the pumpkin but I prefer that more "cake like" appeal. Either or, they are YUMMY!!! -Shaneen :)
